杭州运河万科中心暨杭州汽车互联产业生态创新区总建设规模约36万平方米，是杭州万科的第三座万科中心。在一期5座高楼脚下，有一座神似汽车仪表盘的建筑——创新体验中心。他围绕汽车互联网产业，以独特的空间、多元的内容，通过“产业+空间+服务”三维发力，建构体验新场景，驱动产业未来。
